The hotel's luxurious amenities were impressive. the exclusive facilities, the comfortable bed, and the amazing view from the balcony made my stay a dream come true. the attentive service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met, making us feel like VIPs.
The noise coming from the rooftop bar was somewhat disruptive in the evening. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience at the hotel was outstanding.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and facilities, including a rooftop bar and restaurant with magnificent views. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, providing a delicious breakfast and even preparing a takeaway breakfast for our early departure.

The staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early for the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The hotel lacked proper cleaning services, as one guest found dust and dirt under the bed.

The staff and facilities were fantastic. the hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, making it convenient to explore the city. the rooms are new, clean, and modern. I felt very safe and welcomed as a solo traveler. the staff were absolutely fantastic, always friendly and attentive.
This hotel falls short of being a true 5-star establishment. the service at the rooftop bar was extremely rude, despite being paying guests.
